Recruitment Manager


  • Effectively lead and manage the Recruitment team, inclusive of developing Recruiter talent, coaching and providing feedback on performance, developing and managing the budget, and providing day-to-day direction to team members; insuring weekly training classes are filled.
  • Creates and deploys effective digital recruitment strategies to reach a qualified candidate pool.
  • Ensure the talent acquisition targets for the business are met in the most cost efficient manner as possible. This involves meeting aggressive call center ramps. You will develop and execute a comprehensive candidate sourcing strategy for all levels of the business to ensure that the right people are in place at the right time. This also entails proactively identifying talent gaps and being especially resourceful regarding hiring roles through no cost / low cost methods, such as professional networking, employee referrals, and social media sources.
  • Share ideas with leadership regarding both strategic and tactical aspects of interviewing and selection. This may include the development and delivery of interview training, selection methodology, legal compliance related to selection, industry best practices, etc.
  • Ensure online recruitment tools are operating and that the messaging is consistent with what we are promoting across all avenues of recruitment
  • Responsible for public relations as well as branding and marketing of Conduit Global in local communities
  • Review current hiring practices/procedures (e. g., assessment, onboarding, etc.) and implement new processes and best practices where appropriate. Regardless of whether a candidate is selected by the Company, all candidates should yearn to work for the Company after being interviewed, as the process should highlight the Company s employment proposition
  • Closely monitor and report on recruitment metrics, including time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, percentage of roles open/filled, quality of hire (derived from post-hire data), etc., giving transparency to the recruitment function s effectiveness. Produce other ad hoc reports on an as-needed basis. Attend and actively participate in weekly attainment calls, to explain progress toward goals and classes
  • Develop and maintain positive and partnering relationships with outside recruitment sources, needed in times when internal recruitment pools are depleted or during large-scale, call center ramps.
  • Develop and implement sourcing strategies to generate enough candidates to support the hiring requirements.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned


  • Demonstrated success and experience (i. e., 5+ years) working for a BPO is highly preferred, but at a minimum, should have experience working in or recruiting for a large (i. e., 500+ people, preferably) call center employee population, with weekly requirements
  • 3+ years experience preferred in managing a team of recruiting employees, either in-house or for an agency
  • Must thrive on the pressure of meeting tight and aggressive deadlines, knowing your effectiveness is essential to the Company s success
  • An interest, willingness, and ability to manage both high-level strategic decision-making processes, as well as lower- level administrative details. We are a true roll up your sleeves company, where managers have detailed knowledge of their respective functions
  • Ability to build strong working relationships across departments and sites.
  • Superior written and verbal communication skills
  • A demonstrated bias for action with a laser-focus on delivering results; high levels of activity are required, but results are measured and rewarded
  • Must be extremely detail oriented with a strong recruitment background, in a fast-paced and high-volume environment
  • Ability to think creatively and strategically about how to find and keep the best employees
  • Possess the ability to work effectively as an individual or as part of a team
  • Highly literate in Microsoft Office: Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
  • May be required to work a flexible schedule to provide coverage for customer service levels and/or time-sensitive projects. The incumbent must be able to support the Operation department, which runs on evenings and weekends. All employees must be willing to work all shifts, overtime, holidays and emergency shifts as required
  • Demonstrated change management aptitude and ability. Takes a proactive role in bringing about change, applying new ways to develop the business through improved management of people and processes

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
